    Moderation and enforcement

How reports are reviewed, what actions we take, and how to appeal if you think we got it wrong.

    Updated September 2, 2026

Every report is reviewed by a person against the content policy. Here's what can follow.

    Possible outcomes

Depending on severity and history, a confirmed violation can lead to:

    • A warning and a request to fix or remove the content.
    • Removal of the offending content or a profile.
    • Hiding the profile from Top and Discover.
    • A freeze on the account while we investigate.
    • A ban for serious or repeated violations.

We weigh context — a first, minor slip is treated differently from deliberate or repeated abuse.

    Appeals

If you believe an action against your account was a mistake, email support@famerace.com from the address on the account. Explain what happened and include anything relevant; a human will take another look.

While an account is frozen you cannot sign in, and your profile is taken off Top and Discover — visitors see an "Account suspended" notice instead of the page. Everything comes back once the review finishes and the freeze is lifted.
