Every page on FameRace belongs to a registered account. Your personal page is created when you sign up, and you can add pages for the things you run.
Your personal page
There's no separate "create person" step. Your personal page is created when you sign up, with a random handle you can change later. See how to sign up.
A personal page exists only for someone who signed up. You can't create one for another person.
A page for something you run
Go to Create page and pick a type – Company, Product, Organization, or Project. There's no separate Brand type yet, so create a brand as a Company. All you need is a name; the @handle is optional and auto-generates if you leave it blank. Very short handles and premium words are paid – if you pick one here, creation is refused, so create the page with a free handle first. You add social links and everything else afterward in the profile editor.
Your pages are listed under My pages, where the Create page button also lives. See managing multiple pages.
Search before you create
One company, product, project, or organization should have one page. Before you create one, search for the name – a colleague may have made it already. If so, ask them to add you as a member instead of making a second page.
If someone else runs a page for your company or organization without your permission, contact support.
Records about you
FameRace publishes only pages their owners created. If you think we hold a record about you from public sources, write to privacy@famerace.com to see, correct or delete it.
