    What is FameRace?

FameRace is a public leaderboard of people and the companies and projects they run – ranked by audience and by boosts.

    Updated October 10, 2026

FameRace is a public leaderboard for fame. Every page on it belongs to a registered account – a person who signed up, or a company, product, project or organization that person runs. Every page gets a score, and that score puts it somewhere on the ranking.

The score has two parts that work side by side: Audience and Boosts.

    Audience

Audience is the sum of the public follower counts we track across the platforms a page links to – Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and so on. We read those numbers from each platform, not from anything self-reported. The figure is approximate, which is why every number carries a ≈: some platforms aren’t tracked yet (X, at the moment) and counts lag. How Audience is calculated lists exactly what is and is not counted.

If a profile has 10M on Instagram and 4M on YouTube, its Audience is 14M. If they add a third platform later and verify it, Audience updates automatically.

Audience is re-read on a schedule – every 7 days, or every day for verified, Premium, or high-audience pages – and each verified link shows its latest count under it. You don't need to refresh anything yourself; Premium pages can additionally refresh a link on demand, up to 2 times a day per link.

    Boosts

A boost is paid placement anyone can put behind a page to push it higher on the leaderboard – paid by card, or from a FameRace Wallet balance, which FameRace issues rather than sells. Any page can be boosted once it is complete (a photo, a headline, a bio, a link and a category). The total amount boosted shows up on the page. The default board at /top lists boosted pages first, then every page by Audience, boosted ones included; the Boosts board lists only pages that have received a boost, ranked by that amount instead of Audience.

Boosts are how FameRace turns from a passive leaderboard into something anyone can act on.

    What about new pages?

A page with no verified social links has no Audience yet – there is no default or estimated number. Verifying links builds your Audience, but being on the public boards is a separate gate: a page is listed once it is complete and either carries the verified check badge (set by our team) or has received at least $1 in total boosts. Until then it is still live at its own link, just not ranked. See Why isn't my profile listed?.
