Your sign-in details live under Settings → Account at /settings.
Changing your email
Enter the new address and save. FameRace sends a confirmation link to both your current inbox and the new one — the change only takes effect once you have confirmed from each, so a typo in the new address can't lock you out.
Check both inboxes (and spam) for the confirmation emails. Until you have confirmed from each, you keep signing in with the old address.
Changing your password
A new password has to be reasonably strong. The rule is:
- at least 8 characters (and no more than 128),
- an uppercase and a lowercase letter,
- a number, and
- a special character.
Once accepted, the new password is active immediately.
- Can I change these while an admin is helping me?
- No. Email and password changes are blocked during an admin impersonation session as a safety measure, so a support action can never lock you out of your own account.
- I forgot my password and can't sign in.
- Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen, enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. Type the code in, then set a new password that meets the rules above.
