Can I switch between the monthly and yearly plans?

The billing portal doesn't offer an in-place plan switch. To change plans, cancel the current one and re-subscribe on the plan you want once it ends.

What happens to my profile if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Anything beyond the free limits simply stops being shown until you upgrade again: the leaderboard lists you under your first 3 categories (and the category editor asks you to trim to 3 before it will save again), and your profile shows the first 3 custom links and 6 social links. Your Audience and boosts are untouched.

Managing or cancelling Premium

Everything about your subscription lives under Settings → My Subscriptions at /settings. It's a single cross-profile view: every profile you own or help manage and its Premium status in one place. Only the page owner gets the billing actions; collaborators (admin, editor, analyst) see the status only.

What you can do there

Each profile you own with an active paid subscription shows a Manage button that opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can:

Update your card — change the payment method Stripe charges.
See your invoices — download receipts and review your billing history.
Cancel — stop the renewal.

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops the next charge; it doesn't end Premium immediately. You keep every Premium perk until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account reverts to free.

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, Premium ends when the trial would have — you're never charged for a trial you cancelled.

If a renewal fails

A bounced renewal (expired card, insufficient funds) is retried by Stripe over the following days. While the renewal is unpaid the subscription shows as past due in My Subscriptions and Premium perks are paused — the profile is treated as free until the retry succeeds. Use Manage to update your card; once a retry goes through, Premium comes back automatically. If the retries run out, the subscription ends and you can re-subscribe whenever.
