Using FameRace means agreeing to three documents: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
Where to read them
All three are public pages you can open any time — /terms, /privacy, and /refund — and they're also linked directly at the points where they apply, such as when you sign up or at checkout, so you can read them before you agree. Each version is content-hashed and stored immutably, so the exact text you accepted is preserved against its date. Cookies are covered separately: /cookies lists every cookie FameRace sets, who sets it and how long it lasts, and its Cookie settings button lets you change what you allow at any time.
